Another match win for the Blyth/Alnwick team, as our incredible season continues.

U13 Boys
Harry R continued his winning form with a win and PB in the 100m, whilst Tom B, Oscar V-B and Jack E all set fantastic 800m PB’s. Alex R-L smashed the all-time league record in the 75m hurdles, to go 6th in the UK rankings.
 
U13 Girls
Chloe J made a sensational club debut in the 800m, running the 4th fastest ever time by a Blyth U13! Amelia H picked up great points in the 800m, 200m and LJ,
 
U15 Boys
Charlie M scored a massive 100m, whilst James L set PB’s in the 200m, 300m and LJ! Alastair J was a fine 2nd in the 1500m with a huge PB, whilst Joseph H set a fantastic 1500m PB. Jamie F took a brilliant 800m win. With Ben C taking maximum points in the Hammer and shot.
 
U15 Girls
Sarah W took another hurdles victory with a PB, ahead of Aman S also in a personal best time. Kimi N took a convincing LJ win, whilst Safia D recovered from a hurdles fall to produce an =HJ PB. India G scored PB’s in the 300m and hurdles, whilst Charlotte H made a fantastic HJ debut and scored a hurdles PB. Fearne scored another PB and win in the hammer, with Bella R taking 2nd in the hammer. Elsie B took an excellent 2nd in the shot as she scored big points in all the throws. Our relay team took yet another huge victory.
 
U17 Boys
Elliot M took victory in the 100m and 200m, whist Indy F won the long jump superbly. Jacob R took the win in the HJ, with Zafer D setting PB’s in the 100m, long jump and shot put. James L set a PB in the shot put and made a strong 100m debut. George B  and Dexter H both set fantastic PBs in the 800m and also 400m. Our relays team finished the day with a fine win!
 
U17W
Katy took 1st in the 80m hurdles, whilst Faith scored great points in the hurdles and 100m. Beth put in strong performances in the 300m, 800m and SP to score great points!

Its been an incredibly start to June, as the track and field season has truly hit the busiest part of the summer. Here are some of the incredible highlights from the last two weeks!

Northern U13/U15/U17 Champs @ Liverpool
Challenging conditions and top quality opposition did not stop our juniors producing the goods. Every athlete stepped up and delivered 💪

Katy P took 5th in the 80m hurdles with 11.87, Kimi made the u15 100m semi final, with India setting a 75m hurdles PB, and Fearne making the semi-final.

Blaydon Junior Race
Well done to our young athletes who competed in the junior version of this iconic race! Alastair, Alex, Harris and Archie all did fantastic!

NESDL
A number of our U20/U23's helped the senior team to an incredible match win, as he into the final fixture joint top of the league against the North East giants Gateshead. Here are the results!

Schools County Champs
We had athletes competing at both Durham and Northumberland Schools Champs on Saturday 14th, and they had aspirations of going on to compete at intercounties, and perhaps even the legendary English Schools Champs. Our athletes returned with a sensational 14 event wins, and a further 10 podium places. Results shown below!
