Blyth Juniors star at England Athletics Age Group Champs & Throws Invitational

​6 of our young athletes competed at the highest level this weekend in England Athletics events.

At the national indoor age group Champs in Sheffield, both Hollie-Anne and Katy were at their absolute best, recording PBs and club records.

Meanwhile, 4 of our hammer throwers received invitations to the first ever EA North And Midlands throws invitational, with Fearne, Bella and Ben being amongst the first athletes to compete in the new u16 age group. All three finished on the podium, with Ben setting a massive PB and Fearne taking the win. Kaitlyn competed as a senior for the first time, with a strong performance.
