NOTAN Funding
On Monday at training, it was fantastic for talented athletes from Blyth, North Shields Poly and Wallsend Harriers to get together for a photo shoot to celebrate being awarded funding by NOTAN towards this weekends ESAA Champs (Preview below). The cost of competing at these champs is very high - and the NOTAN trustees made the decision to financially support athletes who had qualified for ESAA Champs, if they represented one of the member clubs of which Blyth is one. You can read move about it HERE NEGP On a hot Wednesday evening at Monkton, our athletes were on fire at the latest NEGP. Highlights included club records for new member Alastair Johnson (U15 3000m), George Bryce (U17 3000m), and Lauren Jobson (Senior 200m). There were numerous other event wins and PB's from our brilliant team. Check out the results below.
