Report from Northern U14/U16 Champs, MMM Event & Morpeth Junior Run

We had 3 athletes competing in Leigh over the weekend of the 27th/28th at the Northern Junior champs. Didi made the 100m semi-final on a day of strong headwind. Bella took 5th in the u16 hammer, not quite able to hit her usual standard, whilst Ben took silver in the u16 boys comp. Well done to all!

​A busy weekend for some of our juniors joining in on the #blythrunningclub MMM event. Mikey, Sam, Richard and Harry flew around the 4.5mile loop and received their medals. Meanwhile Alba and Alex took on the Morpeth junior run and led from the start. It came down to a sprint finish with Alex coming 🥇overall and Alba🥈 Fantastic running from both!
