Midweek Racing for Lauren & Niamh

On Monday, Lauren Creaby travelled to Leeds for the  BMC meet. In windy conditions, she recorded a time of 2:15.43s. On Wednesday, Niamh Adams took on the iconic Gateshead quayside 3k Run. Niamh was 11th girl home, recording a time of 12:19. Well done girls!
